This is a Tier 1 International Insurance Company.
Your new role
-Provide back office support with inquiries and requests from MGA
-Complete operational procedures on CSC and back office organization
-Contact MGA with invoice and payment issues
-Identify errors and complaints and provide an action plan for improvement to your superiors
What you'll need to succeed
-3 year experience in a financial institution
-2 year clerical experience or call center/help desk experience
-Ability to accurately respond to requests from MGA
-Communication skills
-PC skills
-Native Japanese and Business English
