A global automotive parts manufacturer is looking for a seasoned automotive parts expert for the role of the Engineering Director. In this position, you will manage the company's engineering department to support sales teams in acquirement of JOEM programs and to support JOEM product design.
仕事内容
A global automotive parts manufacturer is looking for a seasoned automotive parts expert for the role of the Engineering Director.
Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute the strategic plans for JOEM program acquisition and support
* Conduct risk assessment and control of product development
* Lead engineering teams in the Product Development Managers in product development for CS product systems
* Ensure designs meet all customer specifications and SOR requirement and the company's design guidelines and best practices
* Oversee program design status, design reviews, vehicle building and testing
* Mentor program teams

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
* 15+ years' experience in the automotive industry in engineering and management positions
* Knowledge and experience of conducting sealing product VE/VA reviews
* Competency in 8-Discipline corrective action facilitation with manufacturing teams for problem-solving
* Experience with sealing system, car body and exterior design, sheet metal design, car interior components, fuel and brake systems
* Experience with JOEM preferred
