Responsibilities:
* Receive customer orders by phone, fax, and email; handle inquiries from customers and potential customers
* Ensure the prompt processing of customer orders and credit claims
* Support customers in the use of order processing software
* Provide sales support and information
* Liaise with staff to provide superior service to customers
* Establish inventory levels and stock policies required to meet customer service levels
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
* Familiarity with inventory, supply chain operations, etc.
