Responsibilities:
* Interact with customers in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
* Participate in the development and improvement of routines; become a truly efficient and customer oriented department
* Schedule and optimise delivery of furniture to end customers
* Participate in handling and resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
* Good interpersonal skills
* Proactive approach; familiarity with basic problem analysis and problem-solving
* Familiarity with working in a global organization is a plus
* Very good Japanese communication skills both verbal and written; strong command of English
