* Handle customer issues and resolve problems to optimise customer networks
* Handle of dedicated support
* Maintain good relationships with customers and interact with customer technical staff, operation managers, etc.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 4+ years of experience
* Cloud experience is a plus
* Relevant technical expertise
* Native level Japanese; business level English
