A global telecommunications company is in need of a Customer Success Manager.Responsibilities:
* Handle customer escalations regarding install orders
* Train customers on the use of the company portal
* Monitor changes to the customer's service based on their inquiries
* Present service delivery and service management performance analysis
* Support pre-sales engagement
* Handle customer billing issues
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business
* 5+ years of relevant customer service experience in telecommunications
* Project management experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
