A widely respected luxury goods company is searching for a Customer Service Analyst.Responsibilities:
* Develop a schedule of staff activities
* Create a calls volume forecast using trend analysis
* Perform analysis on call performance and sales data
* Provide daily analytical assistance to team managers
* Create regular performance reports and data analysis in order to track client service KPIs
* Identify and research issues and develop solutions
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a related operational or analytical position
* Experience gained in a call centre is ideal
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint (Proficiency in business intelligence tools is a plus)
* Business level English; native level Japanese
