- You will work as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executive and his/her team members. Main duties include scheduling internal and external meetings, preparing presentation materials, communicating with counterparts in overseas to arrange conference calls, and various administrative support.

- 必須
- You need to have at least 3 years of experience as a professional administrative assistant or secretary, native level of Japanese and fluent level of English is required. Strong attention to detail and flexible work attitude are must, you should be comfortable with communicating not only internally but also externally using both English and Japanese.
