An international pharmaceutical group is seeking a Site IT Expert with a background in SAP implementation.Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth IT service operations by involving relevant local business stakeholders, super users and global IT service organizations
* Support business with validation and testing
* Ensure that super users are trained according to the global standard procedure, and support super users on end user training
* Support scoping, fit-gap workshops for projects/enhancements, propose solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations and alignment with business teams
* Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, actively manage their expectations & monitor satisfaction levels
* Develop comprehensive requirement specifications including stakeholder involvement that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
* Establish project plan and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities
* Enforce compliance with security and compliance policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline
* Business level verbal and written proficiency in both English and Japanese
* Expertise in compliance related activities within IT projects and operations in the pharmaceutical industry
* Experience in SAP implementation in an international environment
