募集背景
A leading analytics software company is looking for an IT Support Engineer with experience in system and/or network troubleshooting. This is a work from home position that also requires you to spend extended periods of time traveling outside of Japan.
仕事内容
A leading analytics software company is looking for an IT Support Engineer.
Responsibilities:

* Install and upgrade the company's systems and perform various integration tasks between company and customer systems and networks
* Provide IT maintenance and administration for the company's hardware and database for customer production environment
* Support customers' technical requests and troubleshoot technical issues in the company's systems and interface to customer systems

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
* 3+ years' experience in system/network troubleshooting
* Experience and in a semiconductor testing environment is an advantage
* Knowledge of Windows system administration, networking/security, and database administration
* Ability and willingness to travel overseas
* Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese
