A global business consulting firm is searching for a Japanese-English bilingual Mechanical CAE Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Develop finite element analysis models, assessing results, designing improvements
* Support training, promotion and development of software by receiving support questions in Japanese, investigating issues, providing a response or forwarding the issue in English to overseas team
* Visit clients to discuss project work or provide training in the company's software
* Visit test labs to observe and provide advice for simulation
* Conduct research and development of new analysis techniques and technologies
* Create tutorials and other materials to educate clients on the company's software
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related discipline
* Business level proficiency in both Japanese and English language and a willingness to continue language studies
* Experience with LS-DYNA or other non-linear finite element code and other FEA tools preferred
* Experience with JavaScript or similar scripting languages preferred
