Based in Tokyo, our client is a multinational European fragrance company providing flavors and fragrances for various industries such as food and beverage, household goods, personal care products and perfumes across the World. They are investing heavily in Japan and Asia and is seeking to hire customer focused and ambitious individuals.

Your new role: Senior Service Desk Analyst
• Analyze recurring or complex incidents and analyze the cause
• Develop and implement a solution to fix the recurring issues
• Provide in-house infrastructure support level 1 and 2 for all infrastructure LAN, WAN, Windows servers, active directory
• Support remotely various location across Japan
• Identify and rank the risks
• Competitive salary up to 7m base + bonus

What you’ll need to succeed
• Similar service desk experience
• Knowledge with IT infrastructure on network (LAN & WAN), Windows servers, active directory
• Infrastructure experience L1 and L2
• ITIL would be a plus
• Fluent level Japanese and business level English as a minimum
• Valid Japanese working visa
