A leading cyber security company is looking for a client-side Technical Support Engineer to join their growing support team in Japan.Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot the client-side part of the company's security solutions
* Handle client-side customer requests under defined SLAs
* Escalate difficult cases if/when necessary
Requirements:
* Extensive experience supporting Japanese customers in Japanese via phone and email
* Knowledge of Windows services and boot process of Windows desktop machines
* Strong knowledge of Windows troubleshooting tools
* Networking knowledge (TCP/IP) and an understanding of different types of proxies
* Basic understanding of cyber security preferred
* Ability to troubleshoot Mac and Linux services is a plus
* Native level Japanese; verbal and written English proficiency
