A global insurance company is looking to hire a Compliance Officer who independently manages global and local compliance tasks. As the successful candidate, it is your responsibility to instil better compliance awareness in employees to prevent serious misconducts from happening in the organisation.
仕事内容
A global insurance company is looking to hire a Compliance Officer who independently manages global and local compliance tasks.
Responsibilities:

* Establish appropriate compliance systems based on Japanese laws and regulations and the relevant ones from the EU and USA
* Execute global compliance policies of the company to Japan
* Cooperate with other departments to implement compliance rules and procedures
* Carry out controls and monitoring of local compliance system and procedures
* Communicate with the compliance team frequently

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Experience in insurance is a plus
* Experience in compliance is a plus
* Advanced proficiency in English
