A leading international automotive supplier is now hiring for a R&D Resident Engineer who will be responsible for developing new systems. This role involves traveling to customer sites and communicating with a development center overseas.
仕事内容
A leading international automotive supplier is now hiring for a R&D Resident Engineer who will be responsible for developing new systems.
Responsibilities:

* Take responsibility on system requirement engineering, specification of system requirements, derivation of requirements on mechanical, HW and SW components
* Develop product specification, planning of system tests
* Execute system validation, test analysis and result consolidation
* Provide support to the customer regarding system design and validation
* Coordinate with the development center in Europe
* Support business development via attending RFQ, customer demo, attend local seminar shows
* Build customer intimacy for future projects and products

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or an equivalent discipline
* Expertise about electronic, mechanical, hardware or software
* 5+ years' experience in R&D in the automotive industry
* Japanese driver's license
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Advanced level fluency in Japanese and business level English
