A multinational software solution provider is recruiting for a Software Support Specialist with a background in fashion design using software.Responsibilities:
* Deliver the highest level of response to our customer's service requests by phone and internet, respecting the customer contract
* Troubleshoot, isolate problems on SW solutions and between OS and the company proprietary software or peripherals
* Resolve problems remotely and determine critical cases to escalate to level 2
* Follow service request until the final resolution
* Assist with installation of the company's software solutions
* Log all service calls and daily activities into the service monitoring software
Requirements:
* 2-year degree in fashion design
* 3+ years' experience in the fashion industry
* Knowledge of the fashion industry processes: style, pattern design, textile design, etc.
* Competency with Microsoft Office products
* High business level proficiency in English
