A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a new IT Admin.Responsibilities:
* Maintain and troubleshoot IT network, servers and security systems in collaboration with the headquarters IT team
* Collect IT usage stats, make recommendations for improving network systems in a cost-efficient manner, and effectively implement IT solutions
* Perform software management activities which include setting up new users, backup management, security and password maintenance, software Installation and uninstallation
* Cooperate with local and global teams to perform global system updates and address various IT related problems
* Purchase, install, maintain, and dispose IT hardware in collaboration with IT team
* Maintain IT policies and conduct IT training for colleagues as needed
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience as an IT administrator
* General understanding of networks, software, and hardware
* Experience in a pharmaceutical company
* Expertise in Microsoft Office
* Native level Japanese; business level English
