An IT company successful in the security industry is searching for a Support Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Facilitate incoming tickets, emails and calls
* Manage and resolve open support cases within the organisation
* Conduct daily technical support for channel partners
* Report, escalate, and keep track of activity in Zendesk and ZOHO
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience
* Experience in a key customer care role
* Experience with technical products and services
* A pleasant voice for telephone
* Ticket management ability
* Fluent level English (written and spoken)
