A leading global insurance company is looking for a Channel Management Manager.Responsibilities:
* Maintain, upgrade, and improve the intranet platform(s) as the center of the employee experience
* Develop and maintain the on-demand functions of the new video gallery, including partnering with communications colleagues to use this channel as an effective engagement tool
* Develop and manage robust email tools to support the overall employee engagement strategy
* Analyze country and business strategy, develop communication plans and execute them through influence and guidance of internal parties
* Assertively maximize the usage of internal communication channels to support the communications strategic agenda to assist in achieving and shaping positive business outcomes through engaging employees in the success of the company
* Effectively manage and deliver communication through a variety of channels including current and emerging communications technology
* Manage external agencies
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in communications/public relations
* Experience working with senior executives and providing communication counsel and strategy
* Experienced in traditional communications channels, new media channels and social media
* Business level written and verbal proficiency in both Japanese and English
