A leading global financial services company is looking to hire an Internal Communications Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead the preparation and execution of the annual internal communications plan
* Prepare and disseminate internal communication announcements and materials
* Plan and execute internal meetings and events
* Lead the preparation of contents for the intranet site
* Lead the planning and preparation of a company internal newsletter/publication
* Handle external communications assignments when necessary such as providing support for media relations and external events
Requirements:
* 8+ years' working experience with at least 4 years' experience in internal or external communications
* Experience writing and reviewing content in both English and Japanese
* Experience planning and executing internal events or meetings
* Experience with the production of company materials
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SharePoint also preferred
* Native level Japanese; business level English
