A global telecommunications company is looking to hire a Senior Project/Program Manager for various projects in Asia.Responsibilities:
* Professionally deliver all allocated projects within the agreed scope, timescales, and budget and in line with business requirements
* Liaise with the project and virtual teams across all disciplines and functions to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the project
* Own and manage the budget and associated cost reporting
* Organize all project-related meetings and workshops
* Act as point of escalation within the project team
* Manage all consultant and general contractor valuations and payments with support from procurement and the cost management consultant
* Manage all project site-related activities during the implementation phase
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant construction or engineering discipline; professional certification/qualification is a plus
* Experience in managing construction projects involving complex engineering services installations
* Experience successfully delivering data center projects involving working in live environments
* Technical knowledge of construction, mechanical and electrical services, controls, and security installations
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project
* Fluency in both English and Japanese; proficiency in other languages is a plus
