The successful candidate will use his/her technical experience to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support service for clients and business partners.Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 1/Level 2 support using a support desk application
* Escalate tickets to the QA and Development teams
Requirements:
* Bachelors' degree in Computer Science
* 3+ years of support engineer experience; at least a year of programming experience
* Experience in BPOs or application support is a plus
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Japanese and English
