A global digital solutions provider is seeking a Technical Support Analyst with a high computer literacy.Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries about products
* Analyze complex customer issues to identify areas of improvement for corrective actions
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty via offering superior customer service
* Develop a list of FAQ documentation to be included in the company knowledge base
* Gather information and document customer issues through the CRM system
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 1+ years' experience in a call center
* Native level Japanese; business level verbal and written proficiency in English
* Additional knowledge in Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese highly preferred
* Competency in Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite, Windows OS
* Understanding of PKI, SSL, HTML, DNS, S/MIME. SMTP and networking protocols
