A global digital solutions provider is seeking a Technical Support Analyst with a high computer literacy.Responsibilities:
* Offer customer support via telephone, email and live chat
* Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
* Identify areas of improvement in complex customer issues and take corrective actions
* Work with management to provide feedback to improve products' vision for customers' business success
* Gather information and document customer issues through the CRM system
* Provide assistance to the issuance process of products
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 1+ year's experience in a call center
