Your new company
This is a Tier 1 American Multinational Financial Services Corporation seeking a bilingual customer service specialist.
Your new role
* Solve customer issues and propose a problem resolution, including escalating advanced issues
* Analyse, troubleshoot, and pull code and data to solve customer inquiries
* Guide customers through training documents
* Manage small projects/initiatives
* Shift work with the earliest at 8:00am and the latest at 9:00pm (no nights, few weekends, and little overtime)
What you'll need to succeed
* Native Japanese, High Business level English (both written and orally)
* Excellent communication skills internally and externally
* 3-4year experience dealing with customer issues and inquiries
