Tier 1 Multinational E-Commerce Corporation seeking a bilingual customer service specialist.
Your new role
-Communicate with sellers through inbound/outbound calls and emails
-Take ownership for customer issues while keeping them updated through the process
-Ensure all information related to customer issues is logged and tracked
-Provide direction to Top Sellers on how to improve their business performance
-Provide up-selling, cross-selling and account retention services as directed or needed
-Apply discretion and deliver timely judgments with the primary goal of resolving the customer's problem and retention of a satisfied customer
What you'll need to succeed
-Native Japanese, business level English (written and reading)
-Excellent at solving problems and flexible with approach
-Able to work in a customer contact, call centre, target-driven environment - you love to hit your metrics & over-achieve on your goals
-Familiar with working on the Internet with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel and Word
-Have 1+ years working experience in customer service, account management, or sales related positions
-Have experience in e-commerce, online trading, Internet, import and export, logistics is highly preferred
