This International Fortune 500 company provides business services in various industries such as Automotive, Banking and Financial Services, Consumer Electronics, Energy and Public Sector, Healthcare Services, Insurance, Media and Communications, Retail and eCommerce, Technology, and Travel, Transportation and Tourism.
Your new role
As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 100-200 call center staff and enhancing their ability to provide outstanding customer support. You will be responsible for KPI management and making action plans to meet client expectations.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need at least 2 years of inbound customer service call center management experience, as well as high business level Japanese and high business level English.
