A global consumer goods firm is looking for a Technical Support Group Leader with experience in infrastructure/applications operations management.Responsibilities:
* Coordinate regularly scheduled operational and on-demand activities
* Coordinate responses to incidents including communication, escalation, and troubleshooting
* Coordinate with other teams to take delivery of and operate new systems after go-live, decommission old systems, and improve operations around existing systems
* Report on operations performance, system capacity, and incident/problem remediation to management
* Review processes and procedures to streamline, automate, improve, and decommission
* Manage various aspects of the IT infrastructure budget
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline strongly preferred
* 3+ years' experience in IT infrastructure/applications operations management
* Broad understanding of IT infrastructure
* Experience managing operations, vendors, incidents, and problems
* Verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English (business level or higher)
