Technical FAE in Wireless Technologies to support customers in testing and monitoring solutions LTE, 5GYour new company
The company provides the last cutting-edge technology in wireless and network testing and monitoring solutions.
Based in the US, they are now deploying solutions in 5G.
Your new role
You will provide technical support to customers in Japan for the wireless solutions. You will investigate and solve technical issues for the test and emulation platform.
You will work closely with the customer, helping them use the solutions efficiently and understand how they use it and how to make it better.
You will work with the overseas internal team (RND, development teams) as well.
You will also learn and develop your knowledge in 5G and new upcoming technologies.
What you'll need to succeed
Hands-on experience in LTE testing (either network or device side).
A strong experience in network lower layers (1, 2, 3), with some understanding on the upper layers as well.
You will need to be able to communicate with customer efficiently, understand them and control the work with them.
You will also need to be able to learn new technology, with help and also independently; get up to speed with 5G and other possible new standards.
You will need to speak fluent Japanese and a good business level in English for internal communication.
