A leading global insurance company is searching for an Assistant Manager for their Real Estate and Facility Group.Responsibilities:
* Handle consolidations, relocations, renovations, and the set up of new offices/branches
* Work closely with functional/business owners and their teams on project coordination, and manage projects efficiently, effectively, on time, and on budget
* Partner with IT to deliver high quality sustainable office environments and workplaces
* Track the headcount growth and seating capacity across all offices and branches in Japan
* Support business growth to accommodate headcount projection, providing solutions to meet business requirements
Requirements:
* 5+ years' facility management experience
* Experience managing facilities with 200+ employees; experience managing facilities with 1000+ employees preferred
* Project management experience; vendor management experience preferred
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure preferred
* Native level Japanese; business level English preferred
