A multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Corporate Affairs Manager to handle corporate communications.Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute strategic product communications, including the management of news releases and multi-channel execution of disease awareness campaigns
* Effectively manage external advisors and PR/communications agencies
* Manage media contacts and handle media inquiries
* Coordinate local initiatives, staff volunteering, and local philanthropic efforts
* Plan and execute internal communications and staff engagement
* Manage responses to issues/crises
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Natural Sciences, English, Journalism, or Communications
* 10+ years' experience in corporate and/or marketing communications
* Knowledge of the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
* Experience designing and executing social media communication strategies preferred
* Verbal and written proficiency in both English and Japanese
