A leading global reinsurance company is searching for an Office Manager with experience as a personal assistant in the financial services industry.Responsibilities:
* Oversee procurement matters and manage vendors
* Handle general facility management
* Manage corporate communications and events
* Manage logistics, mail, deliveries, and office supplies
* Provide personal administrative support to the CEO and other executives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years' office management and people management experience
* 3+ years' experience as a personal assistant to senior management in the financial services industry
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
* Advanced proficiency in both English and Japanese
