An innovative multinational software company is looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager for the Japan market.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement business development strategies and programs to address local market opportunities
* Develop a 3-year growth plan and monitor progress to ensure results are achieved
* Identify, report, and develop new opportunities
* Maintain strong business relationships with customers
* Report on competitor activity as well as customer perception and expectations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 6+ years' sales and/or marketing experience; SaaS/new internet business-related experience is a plus
* Familiar with the expansion speed of start-up businesses
* Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
* Verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English/Mandarin
