A leading global reinsurance company is looking to hire a Human Resources Advisor to coordinate and manage HR initiatives and facilitate HR programs.Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in accordance with company policies and practices
* Assist in executing the annual performance management cycle
* Plan and coordinate local training and development programs and provide support in coordinating regional or global programs when requested
* Work with the HR Coordinator to ensure company benefits and payroll are being operated accurately and efficiently
* Effectively manage the HR system to ensure data is current and accurately maintained
Requirements:
* 7+ years' HR experience including recruitment & selection
* Experience in the financial services, consulting, or insurance industries preferred
* Basic knowledge of Japanese labor law, payroll, and social security system
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Verbal and written proficiency in both English and Japanese
