募集背景
A leading global IT company is in need of an experienced Design Engineer for powertrain components. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the automotive industry and a strong understanding of passenger cars and their manufacturing and assembly.
仕事内容
A leading global IT company is in need of an experienced Design Engineer for powertrain components.
Responsibilities:

* Manage a small team of analysts, developers, testers, and engineers
* Drive the delivery of a small module within a given project
* Handle the functional technical aspects of a given project
* Coordinate with both on-site and overseas teams

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* 10+ years' automotive experience, preferably in OEMs
* 6+ years' experience designing powertrain components/systems (e.g., engine, transmission, drivetrain systems) for passenger vehicles
* Experience using CATIA V5 & PDM systems
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in both English and Japanese (preferably JLPT level 2 or higher)

10+ years' automotive experience, preferably in OEMs
6+ years' experience designing powertrain components/systems (e.g., engine, transmission, drivetrain systems) for passenger vehicles
