募集背景
A global financial services company is seeking an experienced DevOps Manager. In this role you will focus on building the next generation release and change management capabilities through the implementation of continuous integration and delivery processes.
仕事内容
【年収1000万円～1100万円】
Responsibilities:

* Build and lead a business and customer-focused DevOps team
* Define, implement, and ensure continuous improvements of the latest DevOps practices and processes such as automation and continuous delivery
* Actively participate in the design and implementation of the cloud platform and services
* Ensure all technical procedures are documented and kept updated
* Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching for all staff members and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and team building

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* 10+ years' infrastructure architecture and engineering experience
* DevOps experience and extensive ITIL knowledge in running a superior service operations and delivery function
* Hands-on knowledge of cloud computing, storage, and networking
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in both English and Japanese
