* Assess staff needs in terms of L&D and deliver consistent, quality learning solutions that drive business results
* Oversee the effective design and delivery of various L&D curriculums
* Adapt regional and global solutions to address specific learning needs
* Deliver tailored L&D solutions to meet ad-hoc requests of users
* Work with the talent team to identify and implement L&D solutions for high-potential individuals
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree; Postgraduate degree in Business or a related discipline preferred
* 8+ years' L&D experience with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial role; experience in the financial services industry is a plus
* Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent project management, analytical, and organizing skills
* Verbal and written proficiency in both English and Japanese
