- A multinational IT security firm is searching for an experienced customer support professional with strong communication skills to join them as a Technical Support Engineer. In this position, you will provide high level technical support to customers through both telephone and email.

【年収800万円】Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers via telephone and email in line with departmental measures
* Ensure that high levels of customer service and any SLAs are met
* Record all activities in the department's call logging system
* Research incidents by replicating customer issues within a test environment
* Escalate any necessary issues for further troubleshooting until the problem is resolved
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience supporting customers over the phone and via email
* 2+ years' experience in Linux/UNIX environment
* Experience working in a Windows environment; Macintosh experience desirable
* Experience in construction of 2003/2008 server environments
* Strong written and spoken communication skills in Japanese; intermediate English (TOEIC 650+)
