【年収900万円～1100万円】Responsibilities:
* Perform all activities related to application release and transition services in production assurance
* Align with the global production support initiative to ensure consistency and process compliance
* Work closely with system analysts and vendors to be the single point of contact, servicing as a communications hub and monitoring group for any critical/high new or changing applications, projects, platforms, etc.
* Coordinate with SAs in production assurance and application technology support services
Requirements:
* 10+ years' professional experience; experience setting up and management release management policies/standards and monitoring production environments
* Strong analytical thinking and relationship management skills
* Fluency in Japanese
