- A leading global energy company is looking for an individual with experience in the chemical industry for a Sales Staff position. In this role you will promote and sell a variety of lubricant and fuel additives while also developing and implementing customer strategies and relationship models that will maximize profitability from the company's customers.

【年収500万円～600万円】Responsibilities:
* Determine each customer's sales potential by product and prepare forecasts for management
* Manage the controllable expense budget and make decisions on programs and projects
* Monitor order and delivery schedules and closely track any issues related to supply and distribution
* Follow up on and help resolve customer product quality control problems
* Establish and monitor metrics and ensure business objectives and sales/profitability targets are met
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
* At least 1 year of product/technical service experience in chemical sales
* General understanding of the chemicals and lubricant additives industry
* Conversational English ability and a willingness to improve
* Ability and willingness to travel outside of Japan for meetings, seminars, customer visits, etc.
