【Salary negotiable based on experience】Responsibilities:
* Process invoices and handle documentation for HR team members
* Assist in planning of L&D events
* Support HRBPs in recruitment processes, vendor management, etc.
* Handle C&B documentation and process medical checks
* Maintain communication with overseas HR support teams
Requirements:
* Solid fluency in both Japanese and English
* HR experience is preferred
* Experience in a fast-moving work environment is a plus
* Understanding of confidentiality
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred
