募集背景
A global insurance company is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the successful candidate will independently manage regional and global compliance tasks related to financial security.
仕事内容
【年収1400万円】
Responsibilities:

* Establish appropriate compliance systems based relevant laws and regulations
* Implement the company's global compliance policies to Japan by localizing procedures
* Communicate with other departments to implement compliance rules and procedures
* Control and monitor the company's local compliance system and procedures
* Attend compliance-related committees and meetings

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree; Law or Business school degree preferred
* 7+ years' business experience in the financial industry; 5+ years' compliance or related experience preferred
* Advanced English ability
* General knowledge of the laws and regulations related to international financial sanctions is a plus
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
