【600万円~850万円】Responsibilities:
Technical Support Engineer @ computer software company
* Manage support queue for rapidly growing Japanese client base
* Perform interactive work with clients (email, phone, web conference, or face-to-face)
* Liaise with other members of the company's global support team, engineering, QA, and product times to diagnose, report, and track fixes
* Work closely with other functions to ensure tight adherence to product standards and product design goals
Requirements:
* A BA in computer science or related field
* 6+ years of experience in a technical support and/or client management role with a strong focus on software engineering and development
* Native or fluent verbal/written communication skills in both Japanese and English
* Legal experience and/or intellectual property knowledge a plus but not required
* Knowledge in the following areas - Microsoft ASP.NET, C#, IIS 7 and/or 8, Windows Server 2012, etc.
