An outstanding opportunity for a senior level professional to join a global insurance company in the role of Head of Legal. Working in both the life and non-life divisions, this position is responsible for performing legal risk management and demonstrate commitment to ensuring all local legal risks are identified and controlled.
仕事内容
【Salary Up to 1800万円】
Head of Legal at insurance company
Responsibilities:

* Perform legal risk management, ensuring all local legal risks are identified and controlled, guaranteeing the legal security of the company
* Oversee and monitor local legal policies, provide legal memoranda, and assist in the company's development through the provision of legal advice
* Maintain a high level of legal expertise and keep up-to-date with legal and regulatory developments by attending conferences, seminars, trainings
* Maintain relationships with and lobby through governmental regulators and insurance associations

Requirements:

* 10 years' experience with corporate legal team at life or non-life insurance company or law firm
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A skilled problem-solver
* Native level Japanese; business level English
* An experienced leader
