【900万円～1200万円】Responsibilities:
外資系保険会社のFP＆A主任＊エグゼクティブポジション
* Provide financial expertise and analysis/insight to support the development of the region's strategy and growth plans for the region
* Manage the financial planning process for annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for both NTR (P&L, expenses, headcount) and local statutory reporting
* Produce commentary, insight and presentations as required
* Provide technical advice and assistance to finance, actuarial colleges or profit center staff members, ensuring accurate and robust financials
* Assist in challenging the status quo, while ensuring the maintenance of appropriate underwriting discipline, expense management and accounting behaviours
Requirements:
* Knowledge of Japanese GAAP and/or US GAAP
* Past experience in a multinational company
* Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
* Good communication skills including English
