【Salary Negotiable】Responsibilities:

* Be accountable for clinical activities including clinical strategy and planning development, clinical project execution and any clinical tasks from NDA submission to drug launch
* Undertake people and organizational capability development initiatives
* Lead the application and integration of clinical project management processes and tools across study teams to deliver clinical milestones on time and within budget/scope
* Lead the creation of an integrated clinical development plan including scope, budget, timeline and risk that translate the "label as driver" strategy into operational objectives; monitor performance vs plan and lead appropriate control processes for the team(s)
* Lead communication of results to customers, stakeholders, partners and leadership and influence quality decision making by translating results into actionable options/scenarios
Requirements:
* Master's degree in a scientific field
* Demonstrated leadership ability
* Strong problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate and recognize systemic problems, diagnose root causes and take corrective actions to prevent recoccurence within the team
* Strong written and spoken communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with team members and leadership
* English communication skills
