* Develop highly available network designs in the following areas: Data (LAN, WAN, Data Center, and Cloud), Voice (Cloud telephony, VoIP, unified communications) and other network devices
* Develop installation and maintenance implementation plans for infrastructure devices
* Maintain and update cloud and on-premise infrastructure architecture roadmaps
* Perform management and operations on cloud and on-premise infrastructure using automation tools
Requirements:
* 5+ years' on-the-job experience in an infrastructure architect or infrastructure engineering role
* Solid understanding of Cisco internetworks, routing, and switching
* Possess at least one Cisco network vendor certification
* Ability to communicate in both English and Japanese
* Experience working with AWS or other dynamically scalable cloud environments
* Strong customer service skills
* Experience working with offshore/global teams
* A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or related field
