Outstanding opportunity to join a digital security company as Support Specialist. The company is seeking a candidate with security and cryptography knowledge who will proactively support team members and other departments within the organization and create and update documentation for delivery to the customer. Strong communication skills and familiarity with operating systems will serve you well in this role.
仕事内容

IT関連サポートスペシャリスト
C/C++/Java＊プログラミング＊デバグができる方尚良し
Responsibilities:

* Provide fixes for bugs reported by customers and quality team
* Create and update documentation; build up the company knowledge database
* Manage high level delivered code
* Create, review, and improve unit tests
* Proactively support team members and other departments

Requirements:

* A graduate
* IT and/or related technical studies preferred (physics, math, telecommunication)
* B2 English level and native level Japanese proficiency
* Window/iOS/Linux; MS Office
* Strong knowledge in object-oriented programming in at least one programming language (C/C++/Java), plus familiarity with debugging
