A successful technology startup company is searching for an individual with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to join them as a Technical Support Engineer. The successful candidate for this role will have experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript and Python.
仕事内容
The successful candidate for this role will have experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript and Python.
Responsibilities:

* Become a technical support expert and support any client's need
* Understand customer requirements and effectively coordinate internal resources
* Stay up to date with current technology and apply it effectively
* Write concise technical documentation

Requirements:

* Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills
* Enjoy helping others achieve their goals and prioritize cooperation
* Experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript
* Familiarity with Python
* Experience with iOS, Android development and Git is a plus
