- An international insurance company is currently seeking a recruitment professional to join them in the role of Senior Talent Acquisition. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead recruiting activities for mid-careers and new graduates.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead recruiting activities for mid-careers and new graduates.Responsibilities:
* Plan hiring activities including, schedules, cost estimates, and resources for hiring demands of each hiring managers
* Execute hiring activities collaborating with hiring managers and HRBPs
* Create recruiting advisement such as Rec Navi, Town Work
* Manage RPO for project based recruiting
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a recruiter for mid-career and 3+ years of experience as a member of internal recruiting team
* Hands-on experience working with recruiting agencies and creating recruiting advertisement
* Experience hiring and recruiting new graduates is a plus
* Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; working proficiency in Access is a plus
